All digital product sales are final and non-refundable. This includes PDF guides, e-books, templates, checklists, swipe files, and any other downloadable digital content.
Because digital files are delivered immediately upon purchase and can't be "returned," I can't offer refunds on these items. This is industry-standard for digital goods.

I stand behind my course content. If you're not satisfied, you can request a refund within 7 calendar days of purchase, provided you've accessed less than 20% of the course content.
Both conditions must be met. After 7 days or after 20% completion — whichever comes first — refunds will not be issued.
To request a refund: email jax@outpostgray.com with subject "Course Refund Request" within the 7-day window. Include your name and purchase email. I'll process eligible refunds within 5–10 business days.
Professional consulting through Outpost Gray is governed by a separate written service agreement. Refund and cancellation terms are defined in that agreement, not this policy.
